Yes! All our products are baked in small batches to ensure maximum freshness, flavour, and quality.

What products do you offer?

  • Combo & gift packs (ocasionally)

Do you cater for special dietary needs?
We do offer selected options such as gluten-free and sugar-free products. Please check individual product descriptions for details.

How should I store your products?

  • Rusks: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place
  • Cookies: Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container
  • Fudge: Keep in a cool place, away from direct sunlight

  • Nationwide courier delivery across South Africa

How long does delivery take?

  • Nationwide courier: 3–5 working days depending on your location

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you offer free delivery?

Can I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
We take great care with packaging, but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We’re happy to assist with bulk orders for events, gifts, or businesses.
