1. General Policy

At DV Baking, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.


2. Perishable Products

All our products (rusks, cookies, fudge, combos and gift packs) are classified as perishable food items.

Because of this:

We do not accept returns.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

3.  Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives incorrect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product(s)

A brief description of the issue

4. Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

A replacement product, or

A partial/full refund, depending on the issue

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

Failed delivery attempts

Delays caused by couriers

However, we will do our best to assist where possible.

 

6. Storage Responsibility

Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

Store products correctly (cool, dry place or refrigerated if required)

Follow any storage instructions provided

We cannot be held liable for spoilage due to improper storage.

 

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Late consumption after delivery

Minor cosmetic differences (as products are handmade)
